Quick Troubleshooting

Try these steps before contacting support:

  1. Restart the app. Force-close Hudur and reopen it. This fixes most temporary issues.
  2. Check your connection. Muraqaba sessions and du'a loading require an internet connection. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
  3. Update the app. Go to the App Store and check for updates. We regularly fix bugs and improve performance.
  4. Sign out and back in. Go to Settings > Sign Out, then sign back in with your account. This refreshes your session.

Du'as are loaded from our curated database. If content appears missing, check your connection and try pulling to refresh.

Privacy & Data

Your du'a list is stored locally and never synced. To request data export or deletion, email us directly.

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings > Delete Account in the app, or email us.
