🚀 Getting Started
Simply take a photo of your meal and our AI instantly identifies the foods, estimates portions, and calculates calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat). Your meals are saved automatically so you can track your daily intake and progress toward your goals.
Our AI provides estimates that are typically within 10-20% of actual values for common foods with clear visibility. Accuracy depends on image quality, food visibility, and portion clarity. For the best results:
  • Take photos from above with good lighting
  • Make sure all foods are visible
  • Use the correction feature if something looks off
Remember, these are estimates to help you track trends, not exact measurements.
Your goals are personalized based on the information you provide during setup: age, gender, height, weight, activity level, and goal (lose, maintain, or gain weight). We use scientifically-backed formulas to calculate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE), then adjust based on your target. You can always modify your goals in Settings.
📷 Scanning & Tracking
No problem! Tap on any scanned meal to view details, then use the "That's not right" option to provide a correction hint. The AI will re-analyze with your input. You can also manually edit individual food items, adjust portions, or remove incorrect entries.
Yes! Tap any meal in your history to open it. From there you can:
  • Edit food names and portions
  • Adjust calorie and macro values
  • Add or remove food items
  • Delete the entire meal
You can view your existing meals and history offline, but scanning new meals requires an internet connection since the AI analysis happens on our servers. When you're back online, everything syncs automatically.
Free users get 3 scans per day, which resets every 24 hours. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited scans with no daily limits.
